    December Lunch and Dinner Party Menus are Set

    For many of us, it’s time to start thinking about where to hold this years Holiday Office gathering and to get a reservation before everyone is booked up. At the Oyster Bar, we offer six price fixed menus for parties of ten to twenty in our private dining room. Options range from $36 per person to $62 per person.
    Here’s the $38 per person Four Course December Dinner Party Menu:

    Brandied Acorn Squash and Apple Soup or Petite Mixed Seasonal Greens

    Mulle Apple Cider Sorbet Intermezzo
    ~
    Choice of:
    Salmon with Chestnut Spaetzle and Port Reduction, Top Sirloin with Horseradish Crust,
    Grand Marnier Duck Breast,
    Fresh Idaho Rainbow Trout, Fried Oysters
    ~
    Choice of~
    Grand Marnier Cheesecake or Calvados Creme Brulee.

    Featured Wine: Domaine Magdalena Cabernet Sauvignon

    (Bin #1114 $87) This sophisticated, balanced Washington Red is everything a Cabernet from Red Mountain should be. It’s fine tannins accent the beautiful notes of blackberry, rose petal and earth. Domaine Magdalena is not only beautifully made but also thoughtfully made. The wine undergoes wild yeast fermentation, is unfiltered and is Demeter certified biodynamic. This wine can stand alone but would pair nicely with so many of our dishes including our vegetarian and wild game options.
