    Celebrate Thanksgiving at the Oyster Bar and enjoy holiday specials as well as the dinner menu all day.
    We’ll be featuring:

    Cider and Sage Butter Roasted Turkey Breast with Samish Bay smoked oyster stuffing and chanterelle madiera gravy~$26

    Grilled Duckling Breast with Grand Marnier Valencia Orange Reduction~$30

    Roasted Pheasant Breast with a rosemary, roasted garlic and lemon pan jus~$33

    Cedar Roasted Mahi Mahi with Black Truffle Emulsion and chive puree~$31

    Vegetarian~Pumpkin raviolis with toasted pecans, spinach, roasted shallts, lions mane mushrooms and a light cambazola cream~$24

    All regular dinner menu entrees are also available and all entrees include a mulled pear cider sorbet intermezzo, Pumpkin Manchego Souffle, maple glazed squash, roasted root vegetable mashed potatoes, gingered carrots, green beans and fresh artisan rolls.

    Featured Wine: Domaine Magdalena Cabernet Sauvignon

    (Bin #1114 $87) This sophisticated, balanced Washington Red is everything a Cabernet from Red Mountain should be. It’s fine tannins accent the beautiful notes of blackberry, rose petal and earth. Domaine Magdalena is not only beautifully made but also thoughtfully made. The wine undergoes wild yeast fermentation, is unfiltered and is Demeter certified biodynamic. This wine can stand alone but would pair nicely with so many of our dishes including our vegetarian and wild game options.
