We had a dozen assorted oysters with frozen mignonette, smoked salmon chowder, rainbow trout stuffed with scallops, chocolate truffle cake (a semisweet betê noir), and hazelnut wine. My favorite part of the meal was the oysters. The frozen mignonette was fabulous and unique. I’d suggest coming before the sunset (if that ever does happen in King County).
