Since 1990 our Wine List has been voted as one of the outstanding Wine Lists of the World by the prestigious Wine Spectator Magazine. For 30 straight years we have received their Best of Award of Excellence, quite an accomplishment for a restaurant of only 60 seats. Owner Guy Colbert and wine buyer Amanda Abbott have personally chosen every wine on the list that covers every major wine-producing region in the world.
He is particularly proud of the verticals of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from Leonetti Cellars and the vertical of Cabernet Sauvignon from Quilceda Creek. These two Washington State wineries rank among the best in all the world, year after year. While our servers are very wine savvy we have compiled an intimate description of every wine which is available to assist customers in choosing the wine that will be the best match for them.
* Alaska’s Copper River salmon harvest has begun, and the first fresh salmon of the season is at THE OYSTER BAR. Fresh Copper River King Salmon Entree. Roasted on a cedar plank. Presented with blackberries, seared oyster mushrooms, sorrel puree, balsamic syrup and toasted pine nuts!
