A: About 3 years.
Q: What do you enjoy about working at The Oyster Bar?
A: My coworkers. I [also] moved to Seattle at the end of 2019 but was laid off due to Covid and they brought me back on.

A: Baked oysters [and] tenderloin of venison, especially with the huckleberry foie gras beurre rouge.
