    We wouldn’t be where we are today without our talented staff. We are pleased to introduce you to our server, Brianna G!

    Q: How long have you worked at The Oyster Bar?
    A: About 3 years.

    Q: What do you enjoy about working at The Oyster Bar?
    A: My coworkers. I [also] moved to Seattle at the end of 2019 but was laid off due to Covid and they brought me back on.

    Q: What should visitors know about The Oyster Bar?
    A: The history.

    Q: What is your favorite dish at The Oyster Bar?
    A: Baked oysters [and] tenderloin of venison, especially with the huckleberry foie gras beurre rouge.

    In addition to being our server, Brianna has helped us design our media and advertising materials.

    Featured Wine: Domaine Magdalena Cabernet Sauvignon

    (Bin #1114 $87) This sophisticated, balanced Washington Red is everything a Cabernet from Red Mountain should be. It’s fine tannins accent the beautiful notes of blackberry, rose petal and earth. Domaine Magdalena is not only beautifully made but also thoughtfully made. The wine undergoes wild yeast fermentation, is unfiltered and is Demeter certified biodynamic. This wine can stand alone but would pair nicely with so many of our dishes including our vegetarian and wild game options.
