On The Menu: Pheasant Breast With Roasted Garlic, Rosemary & Lemon Pan Jus

We’re excited to begin serving one of the most delicious wild game birds — pheasant with roasted garlic, rosemary and lemon pan jus.

Pheasants are not always easy to find at the supermarket, making it a rare treat to enjoy a dish featuring this lean and flavorful meat.

These wild birds are often an easy-target for hunters and are known for being tastier than other game birds, including ducks and geese.

Our roasted garlic, rosemary and lemon pan jus brings out the spectacular aroma and taste of the pheasant to create a memorable meal.

We are currently open for lunch from 11:30am-4pm and dinner from 4-close every day of the week. Our closing times vary seasonally.
