    Thanksgiving Specials: 2021

    Join us Thursday, Friday, or Saturday for our amazing Thanksgiving specials!

    • Cider sage butter roasted turkey breast with cranberry and ginger compote, smoked oyster knoedel and chanterelle madeira gravy.
    • Slow roasted pheasant breast with a rosemary, lemon and roasted garlic pan jus and smoked grapes.
    • Pistachio crusted lamb rack with roasted shallots and a pomegranate syrup.
    • Cedar roasted sablefish with a light caviar cream and chive puree.

    All entree specials are accompanied with quince sorbet, pumpkin goat cheese souffle, mapled glazed butternut squash, root vegetable mashed potatoes and green beans with pecans and sherry vinaigrette.

    Desserts:

    Pumpkin spiced cheesecake with vanilla creme anglaise, whipped cream and candied ginger

    • Pear Tart Tatin with salted maple ice cream and caramel sauce.
    • Brandy coffee creme brulee with sugar cookie, whipped cream and chocolate espresso bean.

    Featured Wine: Domaine Magdalena Cabernet Sauvignon

    (Bin #1114 $87) This sophisticated, balanced Washington Red is everything a Cabernet from Red Mountain should be. It’s fine tannins accent the beautiful notes of blackberry, rose petal and earth. Domaine Magdalena is not only beautifully made but also thoughtfully made. The wine undergoes wild yeast fermentation, is unfiltered and is Demeter certified biodynamic. This wine can stand alone but would pair nicely with so many of our dishes including our vegetarian and wild game options.
