If you are wondering what we have done to manage the new covid-related restrictions, here it a quick overview:
We have several plexiglass dividers. We keep the 6 foot distance elsewhere. We still follow all the other guidelines with employees wearing masks; requiring masks on customers until they are seated; one-time use menus; service is ware-wrapped; sign-in sheet for tracking; etc. The Washington State Liquor Control Board heard that we were reopening and visited us shortly after. They inspected our ventilation which we enhanced by replacing 4 stationary windows with ones that open; and our CO2 monitor and said all was good. We upgraded our HVAC to medical grade Merv-13.
