  • Muscadet – With a crispy, refreshing taste and the subtle saltiness of oysters, Muscadet is an excellent wine to enjoy with these baked bivalves
  • Chablis – A dry, minerally wine that goes well with all kinds of seafood, including oysters.
  • Sancerre –  A pleasant, clean flavor with a delicate mineral undertone. Sancerre tastes excellent with shellfish, including oysters, lobster, crabmeat, shrimp, and clams.

This complex and expressive wine is produced by the Duckhorn Wine Company in Napa Valley. Its aromas of cranberry and red current lead into notes of clove and black tea.
